This was the 3rd car I've collected from Sytner in Sheffield. I keep going back (a round trip of 400 miles for me) because this is a very professional dealership who have tempted me with good offers and see me as a valued customer.

This was again very good, and it was all handled brilliantly. Very happy customer driving away, and there is a small defect with my car but again this is being sorted to my satisfaction. The defect is a small mark on a piece of plastic trim.

Sheffield regained a lot of trust in the brand due to trying to regain my faith by agreeing things were unexceptionable and corrected as warranty and good faith with a quibble. so as far as Sheffield went for me. I'll reinvest with them on services

Always have to wait forever for the service advisor to come and serve me. There has to be a better way of alerting them to a customer's presence than sending an e-mail which they may or may not see. Makes it seem that customers are last priority.

Very happy with service dept. Lewis in the office and meet and greet on entering the workshop bay all very polite and helpful plus plenty of free coffee in waiting area. My particular problem was eventually resolved with new key fobs.

The health check showed front strut gaiters were ripped. Quoted an absolute ridiculous price of over £700 to replace then. How do you get work??? I rang around some garages and quotes were around £350. Come on BMW, stop ripping customers off

Louis was great it was not his fault I was charged £154 for warranty work. I feel Hugely let down & disappointed that my M135i had a v known fault with the rear brakes/discs yet I was still sold it with no disclosure of what to listen for.
