Amazing service. It was a difficult drawn out process for me but Jess Vardy my sales contact was simply impeccable. Nothing too much. Held my hand throughout the entire process. Gave me as much time and help as I needed. The perfect car delighted.

Car wasn't washed as apparently the jet wash had broken-not sure what happened to using a bucket of water. The car wasn't hoovered out either. Perhaps because it's a Lex car they weren't interested- shame really as I have had over 10 cars off them
