There was a blip with booking our service online as it failed to mention an extra part required, which subsequently increased the initial cost by £200.00. It wasn't a problem as Aileen handled the situation with true professionalism and empathy.

Car wasn't washed as apparently the jet wash had broken-not sure what happened to using a bucket of water. The car wasn't hoovered out either. Perhaps because it's a Lex car they weren't interested- shame really as I have had over 10 cars off them
